The article adduces the research results of theoretical positions and tendencies of development of organizational-economic relations in the meat subcomplex. The author proves the necessity of modernization of organizationaleconomic relations on the basis of “Meat” branch cluster formation and introductions of innovative forms of interaction among its participants. The article substantiates competitive advantages of the branch cluster in comparison with other agroindustrial formations. The researcher gives practical recommendations about formation of the “Meat” branch cluster in Penza region.
